FULL-STACK HUMAN - Work Directly With CTO At Fast-Growing AI Startup

We are looking for a full-stack human to join our fast-growing AI startup. You will work directly with the CTO and have substantial responsibility and input within the company. This role is unique as it combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the product, allowing you to own complex features from end to end.
Activities
- True full-stack developer
- Comfortable with UI, backend, databases, and basic devops
- Take pride in owning complex features from end to end
- Loves building
- Has strong opinions on the best way to work with coding agents
- Experience implementing AI features at scale in production apps
- Experience in Rails or similar frameworks
Requirements

Team
Amplifa is a 1-year-old bootstrapped startup with a tight, super productive team based in Dusseldorf and Tel Aviv. This role will work directly with the CTO.
Application Process
- INITIAL APPLICATION - Submit your resume and a 1-minute video. In the video, introduce yourself and tell us about what you found most interesting/exciting in your most recent project.
- MAIN INTERVIEW - A 1-hour interview, which will include both general questions and a short technical screening.
- TAKEHOME ASSIGNMENT - An interesting takehome assignment, with token budget. It should not take more than 6 hours.
- FINAL INTERVIEW - A final get-to-know you interview with the other founders, and we will discuss salary and onboarding.
