Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a software development background who enjoys coaching teams, driving agile transformation, and delivering high-quality software?
Our client, a leading international technology company in the Karlsruhe area, is looking for a Scrum Master to support global software development teams while helping shape the future of agile ways of working across the organisation.
Tasks

Your Responsibilities
- Lead two cross-functional, globally distributed agile software development teams
- Drive agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the wider Agile Master community
- Coach teams in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and agile best practices
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives and workshops
- Identify, manage and remove impediments to ensure smooth project delivery
- Foster collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement across teams
- Work closely with Product Owners to support team development and people leadership
- Promote ownership, accountability and a high-performance team culture
- Help deliver innovative software products aligned with business objectives
ProfileYour Profile
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Scrum Master within large-scale software development environments
- Previous hands-on experience as a Software Developer
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks including:
- Scrum
- SAFe
- Kanban
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Fluent German and English (both essential)
