Responsibilities
As Head of Supply Chain Engineering (SCE) Plansee HPM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our global engineering network. You will lead international teams, drive digital transformation, and set standards that enables efficient, future-ready engineering operations across the Plansee HPM production network.

Lead and develop the global Supply Chain Engineering organization, fostering high-performance teams and future leaders

Manage and inspire international design and technical support teams, ensuring alignment across regions and sites

Drive global programs and projects focused on the standardization and continuous improvement of CAD, CAM, and PLM tools within the Plansee HPM engineering network

Champion digitalization and automation, accelerating the adoption of modern engineering tools and PLM-enabled workflows

Establish and sustain effective knowledge management, ensuring systematic sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and engineering standards worldwide
Qualification:

Master’s degree in engineering or comparable technical discipline and 5–10 years of professional experience in engineering

Experience in leading a team and handling projects in a multinational environment, combined with a proven track record in project and program management

Knowledge in working with SAP and Siemens NX or other CAD/ CAM solutions

Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities, paired with a hands-on mindset

Excellent command of English and the ability to communicate confidently across cultures and organizational levels; German skills are a plus
