We need someone who can build fast, think big, and doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. You'll be crafting the foundation of a new generation tax platform used by tens of thousands of businesses. If you've ever wanted to see your design shape an entire economy, this might be your jam.
Activities
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Care and implement a state of the art design language into our products.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback and improve design.
- Build the company's design system from the ground up.
- Develop and iterate on prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts.
Requirements
Real talk:
- You are one of the first folks joining our team (currently 6).
- Office only (Düsseldorf) - (Some remote days are completely o.k.)
- Lots of work
- You will ship to prod day 1
- Most of the stuff you will build don’t have full specs. You need to uncover the unknown requirements.
- You have to make a lot ux decisions.
- Your design will have direct impact on thousands of businesses, using our product daily.

Team
We are an early stage, fast pacing software startup. We really enjoy to build new things and break old conventions. Currently we are 6 folks (3x engineering, 2x gtm, 1x content).
