Working Student (m/f/d) – Automotive Radar Simulation & AI

Do you want your code to actually matter? As a working student (m/f/d) in the SIMULIA EMAG R&D team at Dassault Systèmes, you'll contribute to real AI and simulation research for automotive radar and ADAS applications - supporting projects that matter to some of the biggest names in the automotive industry.

• You will build 3D geometry models representing real-world Automotive Radar & ADAS scenarios
• You will run electromagnetic simulations using the Asymptotic Solver in CST Studio Suite and analyze KPIs
• You will generate synthetic training datasets from simulation results to support machine learning models
• You will develop and optimize ML-based workflows to enhance radar functionality and performance
• You will collaborate with senior engineers and researchers on high-priority R&D projects
• You will support integration of simulation and ML workflows into research pipelines for automotive radar applications

• You are currently enrolled as a Master's student in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• You have solid Python programming skills for simulation data processing and workflow automation
• You are familiar with radar fundamentals and signal processing concepts

What makes you stand out

• You have hands-on experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as CST Studio Suite (optional but a plus)
• You have knowledge of machine learning techniques and frameworks
• You are experienced in C/C++ programming and are curious, initiative-driven, and motivated to tackle complex technical problems
