Collaborate with Customer Support to help resolve tickets.
Detect and flag recurring fraud patterns, collaborating with Product and Tech teams to improve detection measures.
Stay curious about our industry, develop an understanding of potential loopholes, and adapt quickly to market dynamics and new technologies.
Your profile
You are currently enrolled in a university program in Hamburg or the greater Hamburg area.
1–2 years of general work experience, ideally in fraud management or similar operational roles, such as call center or support.
Analytical and critical thinking skills, with an affinity for numbers and data.
Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and confident in using Excel or Google Sheets.
Proactive, independent, and goal-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English (B2+). German is a plus.
Enthusiastic about mobile games and online topics.
Exposure to data analytics, BI reporting, or similar tools is a plus.
Ideally, you can support us between 16-20 hours per week.
