As a software developer at SevenCs GmbH, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our software by developing innovative and robust software solutions. You will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of our applications.

Activities

  • Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable C++ code
  • Implement performance-optimized algorithms for tasks in the maritime environment (e.g. finding shortest route)
  • Maintain .NET based Client/Server Infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
  • Optimise and troubleshoot existing software for performance and functionality
  • Stay up to date with best practices, libraries, and technologies
  • Analyse existing software and propose best architectural solutions
  • Be involved in full production cycle from influencing the technical specifications to developing, testing, and deploying the applications in various infrastructures

Requirements

  • Successfully completed an education or relevant studies in information technology
  • Proven experience in modern C++ development with algorithmical background
  • Basic knowledge in C#/.NET in the field of Client/Server technology
  • Basic knowledge of databases is an added advantage
  • Passion for software development
  • Good English communication, both written and verbal
  • High level of flexibility and autonomy
  • Experience with Windows, Linux and/or Android is very beneficial
  • Experience with cross-platform development, architecture and design of multi-tier systems is preferred

Team

You will work in an international team with many different cultures. Our software development department consists of 25 employees who are divided into small teams.
