The Internal IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees within the organization. This role ensures the smooth operation of IT systems, resolves hardware and software issues, and supports internal IT projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Activities

  • Handle complex technical issues and independently implement well-defined projects.
  • Develop, test, and maintain software and IT systems.
  • Troubleshoot advanced technical problems and ensure IT processes follow standards while improving them.
  • Lead complex IT projects, make architectural and technical decisions, and plan IT strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level IT staff.
  • Oversee system scalability, performance, maintainability, security, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Collaborate on IT roadmaps, technology adoption, and stakeholder communication.
  • Apply precision manual skills for upgrading/repairing devices and technical hands-on tasks.
  • Utilize scripting and programming skills to enhance systems and automation.
