Your Mission: Join our team!
- Take ownership of designing and implementing high-quality software solutions in Scala/ Java — from concept to deployment.
- Shape key architecture decisions, always balancing innovation, scalability, and maintainability.
- Build with reusability and standardization in mind, helping us create a clean, future-proof tech ecosystem.
- Continuously ensure and elevate software quality — through testing, automation, and code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, and product owners in a self-organized, agile team.
- Bring your curiosity to the table: experiment with new languages, tools, and frameworks, and share your learnings with the team.

Requirements
What we are looking for: Your profile
- Expertise in Backend Development
- Strong hands-on experience with Scala/Java
- Solid skills in Scala are an advantage
- Proven experience with backend frameworks such as Scala Play, or Spring Boot, and REST API design (OpenAPI / Swagger).
- Good understanding of SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes (a plus).
- Passion for clean, performant, and scalable code following industry best practices
- Curiosity to explore new technologies — from cloud computing to modern backend ecosystems- and passion for working in an international team
- Strong communication skills in English (German a plus)
