Application Process
Transparency and speed are particularly important to us in the recruitment process. That is why we have intentionally designed our selection process to be streamlined, allowing both sides to quickly determine whether there is a good mutual fit.
1. Initial Digital Interview with UK Country Management
The first step is always a virtual conversation with our UK country management. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know each other, align expectations, and gain an initial impression of one another. Following the interview, both sides take a brief moment to reflect on the discussion before moving forward.
2. In-Person Interview in the UK
If both sides have a positive impression after the initial conversation, the next step is a face-to-face meeting with the hiring department at our offices in Cheshire, Northwhich, UK. During this discussion, you will gain deeper insight into the role, the team, and the technical requirements of the position. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and determine whether the position aligns with your expectations and career goals.
We place great value on a fast and transparent process, and this is reflected in our approach to recruiting. If there is a mutual fit, we move forward without unnecessary delays, prepare an employment contract, and discuss all relevant terms and conditions.
