Your contribution to building bridges:
- Order Handling: Take a central role in managing the entire order process, from entry to invoicing, covering both imports and exports.
- Order Administration: Oversee logistics coordination for deliveries, create required documentation, track delivery schedules, and handle small complaints.
- Payment Monitoring: Ensure timely monitoring of payments and manage the dunning process.
- Collaboration and Customer Service: Work closely and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. You contribute to building trust and loyalty by providing excellent service.
- Your Impact: As a Sales Assistant, you play a crucial role in satisfying the expectations of our customers and suppliers. You report directly to our Sales Director.
What we are looking for:
- Education: Completion of commercial school and a comprehensive understanding of business administration
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in export management or logistics; knowledge of Letters of Credit (L/C) is an advantage
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (company language), German is an advantage
- IT Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge is welcome
- Individual Skills: Structured, precise and communicative personality, who likes to be proactive and shows initiative
- Social Skills: Affinity for a multicultural work environment.
