Product Engineer - Frontend (all genders)

koppla is building the next-gen collaborative scheduling platform for construction, helping project managers keep projects on time by identifying delays and disruptions before they impact timelines.

We are looking for a product-minded Frontend Engineer in Berlin that loves building high-quality frontends. If you believe in ownership, would like to be involved from conception to implementation and enjoy building truely fun experiences - this one is for you.

Compensation: €65-85k + 25% of your first year's salary as equity on top
Location: Berlin (Hybrid, 2+ days/week in office)

Activities

• Work closely with backend engineers, product managers and designers to concept new features in a truly cross-functional process.
• Take ownership of the frontend development process for new features (technical planning, release management, QA, stakeholder communication).
• Build user-facing features from backend integration (GraphQL, Rest, WebSocket) to beautiful and scalable UI components.
• Improve performance by profiling and tweaking our schedule.
• Redefine best-in-class software development processes so that we can build an opinionated product.

Stack: Vue.js, TypeScript, Vite, GraphQL (Apollo), WebSockets, Playwright. You should be familiar with some of these or similar technologies.

Requirements
