For our expanding team, we are seeking an experienced Buyer with specialized knowledge of Senvion wind turbines to lead our sourcing and procurement activities for this critical brand. This role requires a professional who is not only a strategic negotiator but also a hands-on doer, dedicated to ensuring our Senvion spare parts portfolio provides significant value to our company and partners. Join our German team of 4 key people.
Build supply chain for Senvion wind turbines
The Buyer will be in the lead in expanding our Senvion product portfolio and optimizing the effectiveness of our supply chain. Key responsibilities include:

Source, negotiate, and purchase spare parts and components specifically for Senvion wind turbines.

Leverage deep technical and commercial knowledge of the Senvion supply chain to identify high-quality suppliers, secure competitive pricing, and ensure availability.

Manage and expand relationships with existing suppliers while actively scouting for new partners and repair facilities within the Senvion ecosystem.

Gather and use market data to anticipate customer needs, optimize procurement strategies, and build robust supplier profiles.

Partner with internal teams (sales, logistics, platform) to deliver seamless fulfillment experiences and ensure business objectives are met.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical Senvion proficiency, and a customer-centric approach.

Experience: 3+ years in the wind turbine aftermarket, buying, or supply chain management for "preferably" Senvion wind turbines.

Specialized Knowledge: Proven expertise and technical understanding of Senvion wind turbines, components, and the associated supply chain.

Skills: Must have strong negotiation abilities to secure optimal supply agreements, commercial proficiency with international vendors, and an analytical mindset. The ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable purchasing tasks is essential.

Work Ethic: Must be able to work independently and seek creative solutions to daily supply chain challenges.

Language: Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German, Danish will be seen as an advantage
