	<li>Therapeutic Work:&nbsp;Provide individual and family-based psychological therapy for children aged 2–15. Focus areas often include developmental challenges, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, social skills, and attachment-based issues.</li>
	<li>Developmental Focus:&nbsp;Apply relationship-based, play-based models such as DIR/Floortime to foster emotional and developmental growth.</li>
	<li>Assessments:&nbsp;Conduct psychological assessments and developmental screenings as needed.</li>
	<li>Family Support:&nbsp;Engage, coach, and collaborate with parents and caregivers as part of each child’s therapeutic journey.</li>
	<li>Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration:&nbsp;Participate in regular weekly supervision and team case discussions with other psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech/language therapists.</li>
	<li>Documentation:&nbsp;Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and assessment reports.</li>
