As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of JobTech to prospective clients, providing solutions to complex human capital challenges. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, closing high-value deals, and building a network of strategic partners to expand our market reach.

Activities

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to be the face of JobTech to prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identifying and engaging prospective B2B clients through multi-channel outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Managing the full sales cycle - from initial discovery and product demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Adopting a consultative approach and analyzing client needs to tailor JobTech’s AI solutions, ensuring high product-market fit and long-term customer success.
  • Identifying, vetting, and establishing strategic partnerships (e.g. with recruitment firms, HR consultancies, or tech integrators) to create new referral channels and collaborative offerings.
  • Staying ahead of HR tech trends and competitor movements to position JobTech as the premier solution in the market.
  • Obtaining insights from HR professionals on business problems.
  • Brainstorming solutions with product and CS teams on building new features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within HR tech, SaaS, or workforce solutions.
  • Proven experience selling to senior stakeholders such as CHROs, HR Directors, Heads of Talent, or business leaders, with multiple decision-makers involved.
  • Demonstrated ability to close mid to large deal sizes, including 5-figure and 6-figure annual contracts, across medium to long sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to diagnose complex people and workforce challenges and translate them into clear, outcome-driven proposals.
  • Experience running pilots, proofs of concept, or phased deployments, and converting them into long-term commercial engagements.
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes, including legal, InfoSec, PDPA, and vendor onboarding requirements.
  • Ability to design and execute partnership frameworks with consultancies, ecosystem partners, or technology providers that align with long-term commercial goals.
  • Strong commercial discipline, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and working towards clearly defined revenue and activity targets.
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with founders, product, and customer success teams in a fast-moving environment where positioning and offerings evolve.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing, presentation development, and contract negotiation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
  • Self-starter with high ownership, able to operate independently while contributing to team-level sales strategy and execution.
