As our Founding Marketer, you will build an AI-forward marketing function to help us scale to €10M+ ARR. You will operate as an exceptional individual contributor using AI agents and automation to drive our growth engine, with a clear path to building and leading a team.
Activities
- Own and optimize our growth engine across website, conversion, tracking, lead quality, CRM handover, referrals, reviews, and lifecycle marketing.
- Build our brand and category leadership through clear positioning, proprietary market insights, customer stories, and partnerships.
- Own the customer-facing UX and brand experience across our website, booking flows, landing pages, and campaigns.
- Create content and creative assets that support case studies, sales materials, and social media.
- Build a scalable marketing system through reusable templates, messaging frameworks, automation, and the effective use of external specialists.
Requirements
- Experience as the #1 or #2 marketing hire at a D2C startup, ideally with a platform or marketplace dynamic.
- Proven track record of shipping agentic AI workflows in production.
- Strong content ability across positioning, landing pages, and social media.
- Strong demand-generation instincts across inbound, outbound, events, and conversion.
- Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one work.
