Starting on September 1, 2027, you will combine your Master's studies at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg with an exciting practical role in Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Siemens Healthineers in Forchheim.
You will support our team in projects related to market development, customer and competitive analyses, marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and sales performance management. You will analyze market and business data, identify growth opportunities, and derive recommendations for action that support our international sales and marketing organizations.
Modern digital technologies, data analytics, and AI applications will help you identify market trends, better understand customer needs, and develop data-driven recommendations for management decision-making. Working closely with international sales teams, marketing experts and business leaders, you will actively contribute to shaping the future of healthcare.
You are enthusiastic about digitalization, IT, and artificial intelligence, and you enjoy exploring new technologies and helping drive their adoption. With your analytical mindset, curiosity, and initiative, you will contribute your own ideas and help develop innovative approaches to advancing our global business.

What you can expect:
- Program start: September 1, 2027
- Program duration: 18 months
- Master's studies at Friedrich-Alexander University in Nuremberg
- Practical assignments within our departments in Forchheim and potentially abroad
- During the first and second semesters, block courses in Acting, Leading & Analyzing; lectures take place in Nuremberg on Friday afternoons and Saturdays
- During the third semester, you will focus on your Master's thesis
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedicine, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Healthcare or a comparable field of study
- At least one year of practical experience (e.g., internships or working student positions)
- Strong interest in Sales, Marketing and Business Development, ideally demonstrated through initial practical experience in commercial, marketing, business development, customer-facing, or project-based roles, as well as international or intercultural experience
- Strong affinity for data analytics, digitalization, and artificial intelligence, including initial experience with AI-based tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken German (C1) and English skills; additional language skills are considered an advantage
- Structured and independent working style, quick comprehension, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn
- Passion for healthcare and medical innovation
What we offer you:
- Monthly salary of €2,310.00
- Full coverage of tuition fees amounting to approximately €25,000
- Flexible working hours, opportunities to work from home, and of course the necessary technical equipment
- 35-hour work week (Monday to Friday), including paid time off for lectures and exams
- 30 vacation days per calendar year
