Responsibilities:

In this role, you will report to the business segment manager automotive. In your responsibility you will identify and develop new business opportunities within the global automotive industry, build long-term customer relationships, including contracting and frame agreements and drive sustainable growth for our cutting tools and manufacturing solutions.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Automotive sector and define sustainable growth strategies

• Build, maintain and expand strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers and key industry stakeholders

• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitive activities and emerging technologies to identify growth potential

• Continous development of machining solutions to be recognized as best in class in close cooperation with Sales, Product Management, Application Engineering, R&D and Operations

• Lead customer projects, generate strategic business plans, business reviews, forecasts and presentations on market developments, opportunities and business performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field; MBA is considered an advantage

• Several years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or Technical Sales within the Automotive, Manufacturing or Industrial sector

• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills combined with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

• Business fluent English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage

• Willingness to travel internationally
