Application Engineer Sensors / Thermistors

We are looking for an Application Engineer to act as the main technical bridge between our European customers and our internal teams in Japan and China. You will translate customer requirements into clear internal actions and provide accurate, customer-ready technical responses to ensure project success.
Activities
- Understand European customer applications, specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and support product selection, design-in, testing, qualification, and production launch.
- Coordinate technical communication between customers, Sales, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D.
- Organize customer and internal technical meetings, document decisions, and track open actions to closure.
- Coordinate samples, customized solutions, testing, validation, complaints, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in application engineering, technical sales, product engineering, or customer support.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, test results, and manufacturing requirements.
- Willingness to travel to customers and company locations when required.
