Overview

• As the first engineer at Fintalo, you’ll join the founding team and help build the technological foundation for the leading M&A platform.
• Success means taking ownership of core product modules, finding pragmatic solutions, and shaping our engineering standards.
• This role is critical: you’ll define our technical culture and enable us to scale quickly and securely.
• Beyond the salary, we want you to participate in the success of Fintalo with VSOPs.

Activities

‍ Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise backend and/or full-stack features for our platform.
• Identify product requirements and translate them into clean, maintainable code.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
• Collaborate closely with founders, design, and clients for fast feedback loops.
• Establish dev processes and documentation that scale long-term.
• Build upcoming AI-layer

Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern web technologies (e.g., TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL, Supabase).
• First work experience or outstanding projects during studies.
• Ability to solve complex problems and communicate results clearly.
• Initiative, team spirit, and excitement to take ownership in a startup.

• We are a team of three founders and are looking for the #1 engineer for Fintalo :)
