
Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)
To further drive digital health protection and enable more people to access meaningful preventive care, we are strengthening our Product Team. We are therefore looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to join us full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Ideally, you are based in the Berlin/Brandenburg area - but if not, you are still very welcome to apply.
Your role in a team:
- Keep improving your product to have a positive impact on the user experience when dealing with the complex topic of claims and related challenges.
- Work closely with our Operations Team to understand the current process and find possible ways to automate it even further.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for features which will include backend and frontend functionalities in collaboration with our design and engineering team.
- Define epics based on the input and break them down into smart user stories for implementation.
- Develop the product roadmap together with our product-engineering team and help them to achieve common goals.
- Make creative recommendations to expand our product base, vision, and internal processes.
What you need to be successful:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager or in similar roles.
- You have solid experience in product lifecycle management and are familiar with agile frameworks.
- You have a structured way to communicate and the attitude to solve problems with impactful iterations.
- You have a solid understanding of developing concepts related to user journeys by listening carefully to your stakeholders and customers.
- Breaking down complex problems or processes into smaller deliverables is part of your nature.
- You are used to work in small iterations, to collect user feedback and to develop the solution further.
- You aim to make data-driven decisions and you know how you can get there.
- You are interested in AI technologies.
- You are fluent in English, German is a big plus.
- You are located in Germany, ideally in Berlin.

- As an organizational talent you are able to prioritize tasks and complete them in a structured and conscientious manner.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to solve problems.
- You have a passion to develop features and you spot untapped potential - always with a pragmatic approach to ship small iterations with an impact that is measurable.
- Resilience, proven ability to learn from setbacks and course-correct.
