Tasks

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll support our Growth Team in driving sales activities and ensuring smooth processes. Your mission:

  • Assist with identifying and contacting potential customers via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of sales calls, meetings, and events
  • Help organize and optimize outreach campaigns and lead generation activities
  • Maintain and update CRM data, prospect lists, and sales documents
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align activities and ensure efficient workflows
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and materials to support the sales team
  • Contribute to improving sales processes, tools, and customer communication

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Initial experience or strong interest in sales support, lead generation, or customer communication
  • Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Proactive mindset, team spirit, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with digital tools and willingness to learn new sales technologies
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; German is a plus
