Operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d)

Your mission

• You are responsible for the complete operative order processing.
• You are responsible for monitoring deadlines, quantities and quality.
• You are responsible for checking and comparing offers, including the administration of prices and conditions.
• You negotiate purchase prices.
• You check invoices and approve them.
• You are responsible for master data maintenance in our enterprise resource planning system.
• You create KPI reports.
• You support supplier release processes.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed training, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade, industrial clerk, warehouse logistics specialist, purchasing specialist (IHK), office management, or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks.
• You have very good MS Office skills.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German; knowledge of English is advantageous. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
• You show a thorough way of working.
• You have strong communication skills, flexibility and empathy.
