<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience with Mendix </li>
<li>Application troubleshooting &amp; support: Strong ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues in live Mendix applications; monitor performance and ensure stability </li>
<li>Understanding of business process modeling and ability to translate business needs into functional application logic</li>
<li>Experience collaborating between IT and business stakeholders </li>
<li>Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail, crucial in rapidly identifying and fixing issues </li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps practices </li>
<li>Fluent in English</li>
