Manager, Sales Li-ion Specialities (m/f/x)


BE-Power, a company of Exide Technologies, located in Fernwald, specializes in high-power and high-voltage battery solutions, leveraging Li-ion technology. BE-Power has been developing and manufacturing Li-ion systems in Germany since 2004. BE-Power serves multiple applications and industries around healthcare, rail, security lighting, logistics, AGV's and many others. The batteries are highly customized to specific customer application needs.

About the job:

• Supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers
• Development and implementation of sales and growth strategies
• Preparing technical quotations
• Expansion of business areas
• Preparation of project offers and negotiation of contracts
• Identifying new business opportunities, recognising market trends to develop new products and services

The role is based in Fernwald (near Gießen)

What we ask for:

• Degree in electrical engineering or similar
• Deep knowledge in electrical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in Li-ion business
• Experience in project management
• Excellent negotiating skills and confidence in closing deals
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally
