Responsibilities

  • You take on the technical leadership for iOS development, further developing our white label product, defining the architecture of new features, and ensuring the quality of existing functions.
  • You take technical ownership of the iOS team, foster a culture of knowledge sharing through code reviews, and drive the adoption of best practices across the team.
  • You keep our tech stack up to date and make strategic decisions for iOS development – fully native with Swift, without legacy code.
  • You are responsible for optimizing and further developing our release processes: using Bitrise and Fastlane for deployment, ensuring sustainable code quality through structured code reviews and automated tests with CircleCI and Mergeable.
  • You monitor stability and performance with Crashlytics and utilize additional tools and AI to further optimize the development process and code quality.
  • You collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and contribute your expertise from concept to implementation.

Qualifications

  • You bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role, writing excellent code, and delivering a high-quality solution.
  • You have strong expertise with the required tools.
  • You have made technical decisions, designed architectures, and guided teams in implementation.
  • You are proactive, take responsibility, and enjoy introducing new technologies and best practices to the team.
  • You are characterized by independence, initiative, and reliability.
  • You are always looking for solutions and utilize optimization potentials.
  • You have excellent English skills.
