Your Role

At LIQID, we’re redefining modern wealth management, making investment solutions previously reserved for ultra-high-net-worth individuals accessible to affluent investors. As an Intern to Chief of Staff (f/m/d), you will work closely with one of our Chiefs of Staff, supporting strategic planning, execution, and internal communication at the highest level.

Your internship will include:

  • Cross-Functional Exposure: Gain insights into collaboration across teams, high-stakes decision-making, and the operational backbone of a fast-growing fintech.
  • Leadership Support: Help structure leadership meetings and ensure that processes run smoothly at every stage.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Drive forward key projects, contributing to planning, coordination, and implementation.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research, prepare analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Hands-On Learning: Experience firsthand how strategy turns into execution in a company managing over €3 billion in assets.

What you bring

  • Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and are currently either in a gap year or enrolled in a Master’s program.
  • Practical Experience: You have already gained hands-on experience through a working student position or internship in a fast-paced environment, for example at a tech startup, scale-up, or consulting firm.
  • Mindset: You think analytically, work independently, and enjoy bringing structure to complex topics.
  • Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and confidently – in writing, in presentations, and in person.
  • Tool Affinity: You are comfortable with tools such as Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Notion, Slack, etc., and quickly pick up new systems.
  • Motivation: You are proactive, hands-on, and curious to learn how leadership operates in a high-growth fintech company.

You will be successful in this role If…

  • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are energized by working on multiple priorities.
  • You take ownership of your work, manage deadlines independently, and ask the right questions to move forward.
  • You enjoy researching, preparing crisp summaries, and turning complexity into clarity.
  • You’re excited to contribute to strategic topics, even if you’ve never done it before.
  • You’re motivated by the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and see the impact of your work directly.

What we offer

  • Diversity: Flat hierarchies and cultural openness make you an integral part of our colorful team of international talents from day one.
  • Flexibility: We don't complicate your life. You'll find the right balance with flexible working models, working hours, and mobile working arrangements. 24 days of vacation and 2 additional days off on December 24 and 31 also give you relaxing breaks.
  • Appreciation: You will help us shape the future of digital wealth management in an innovative, award-winning company with high market relevance and plenty of room for your ideas.
  • Equipment: Macbook, headphones, and display are a given.
  • Well-being: Regional organic products keep you fit at our office on Ku'damm – and our health initiatives such as beach volleyball, the Soccer Startup League, or our Health Assistance Program keep you fit far beyond that.

What happens next

  • First meeting with our Recruiting team: We are eager to learn more about you and your motivation.
  • Video interview with one of our Chiefs of Staff: A discussion with your potential lead to learn more about the position, current projects, and how your skills and interests fit with the role.
  • Get to know the team: An introduction with your future teammates to get to know each other and align expectations.
