We’re seeking a dynamic AI Project Manager (m/f/d) for our evolving wholesale company at our Hamburg headquarter. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for enabling and coordinating the company-wide integration of Artificial Intelligence. It bridges technical understanding and business alignment to embed AI across the organization.
You have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the AI strategy of an ambitious and fast-growing trading company. In doing so, you will build company-wide AI capabilities from the ground up and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that directly impacts the company’s growth. Your Mission
- AI Strategy & Implementation: Identify, analyse and evaluate AI opportunities with engineering and business teams across all business functions while designing comprehensive integration roadmaps
- Technical Development: Contribute to software engineering projects for our internal trading platform and build product roadmaps for AI-powered features, APIs, and integrations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner all teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Training & Adoption: Conduct AI literacy sessions across our organization and serve as the primary point of contact for AI-related initiatives
- Research & Innovation: Stay current with AI/ML trends and prototype new applications before full-scale implementation
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize existing AI implementations while building internal tools to streamline adoption processes
- Agile Project Planning: Run agile sprints with clearly defined stories and timelines and identify and resolve cross-functional risks to protect delivery speed.
Your Profile
- 5+ years experience in a digital, cross-functional role (e.g. IT project manager, product manager, digital consultant)
- Experience with enterprise AI tool implementation
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations for AI
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies/concepts
- Knowledge of various AI domains: NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, automation
- Familiarity with SQL and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and working with LLMs
- Familiarity with AI development lifecycle and MLOps practices
- Proven ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Hands-on experience with agile methods and digital product lifecycles
- Passion for emerging tools and AI solutions
- Strong ability to structure complex technical and organizational topics
- Strong communicator with empathy and clarity
