YOUR IMPACT

As Working Student Field Marketing and Events DACH, you will be responsible for executing key operational and administrative tasks within the Field Marketing department, supporting campaign preparation, event logistics, data management, and content localisation. You will work closely with the Head of Field Marketing, Events & Experiences and the Field Marketing Managers for Germany, Switzerland and Austria, gaining direct exposure to how a global SaaS marketing organisation runs its programmes.

Activities

  • Get campaigns out the door — prep target lists, ready assets, and run the operational backbone of multi-channel programmes with the regional Field Marketing Managers, using AI tools to speed up the repetitive parts.
  • Arm Sales with what they need to win — prepare follow-up materials, organise post-event lists, and help the team turn marketing momentum into pipeline.
  • Scout the DACH compliance scene — research local associations, competitive events and partnership opportunities, and keep our partner database sharp.
  • Be part of the team that makes events happen — packing, shipping, RSVPs, on-site set-up and follow-up — travelling across Germany, Switzerland and Austria to deliver them in person.
  • Help bring our webinars to life — coordinate dry runs, polish decks (AI-assisted where it helps), and manage live Q&A.
  • Be the connective tissue between local and central Performance Marketing — gather assets, brief paid media requests, and keep campaigns moving.
  • Localise marketing content for the DACH market — quality-check translations, refine templates and use AI translation tools to keep our voice consistent across languages.
  • Turn data into clarity — pull numbers from Salesforce, HubSpot and email platforms, update performance trackers, and spot the patterns that help the team make smarter calls.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse — track competitor moves and regulatory news (AI summarisation tools welcome) and feed insights back into the team's planning.

Be part of an exciting journey and contribute to our success story of becoming the leading provider of digital compliance and governance solutions.
