Tasks

As the Vice President/Director of Sales, you will be responsible for:

1. Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for GNSS chipsets, modules, data services, and automotive antennas.

2. Lead, mentor, and expand the high-performing sales team across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa region.

3. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key accounts, OEMs, and major channel partners.

4. Hold full responsibility for achieving sales targets, budgetary objectives, and revenue metrics across the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa region.

5. Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

6. Collaborate closely with global R&D, product development, and marketing teams to align market needs with our technology roadmap.

7. Oversee key contract negotiations and ensure superior customer satisfaction and service delivery.

8. Provide regular sales performance reporting and strategic updates to senior management.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Geomatics, Information technology, Business Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

2. 10+ years of proven experience in B2B technical sales within the semiconductor, GNSS/positioning, or related high-tech industries.

3. A demonstrable track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, managing teams and complex sales cycles across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa region.

4. Understanding of GNSS products (RTK/PPP experience highly valued), chipset/module technologies, and data services.

5. Understanding of Automotive electronic structure is plus.

6. Sales experience in the automotive sector is highly desirable.

7. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with engineers and procuirments.

8. Fluency in English and German are essential.
