Support dealer and customer training initiatives, providing hands-on product demonstrations and application-focused education.
Act as a technical resource for customers and channel partners, providing product expertise and application guidance as required.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and communicate insights to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Manage territory forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and CRM activities to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and planning.
Ensure consistent adherence to Spectra Precision’s quality, service, and operational standards across the region.
