Technical Customer Care Manager (m/f) International

Tasks

• Support and advise customers and prospective buyers across one or more international online shops
• Communicate and provide consultation in German, French, Italian, or Spanish
• Offer expert guidance on windows, doors, and other building elements
• Assist with product configuration and ensure smooth order processing
• Respond to technical and general customer inquiries related to construction, renovation, orders, returns, and complaints
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Logistics, and external partners

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a carpenter, joiner, metalworker, wood technician, master glazier, window technician or installer
• Native-level proficiency in at least one of the listed languages
• Commercial understanding, strong communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Initial experience in window construction, window sales, or installation is an advantage
• Solution and customer oriented mindset
