Technical Compliance Specialist (all genders welcome)

As a Technical Compliance Specialist at Rosenxt you will play a key role in ensuring that our products, processes and systems comply with all relevant global standards, regulations and market-specific requirements. In this position you will act as the central point of contact between engineering, quality, legal and external authorities, translating complex technical and regulatory requirements into practical, business oriented solutions.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and interpret relevant laws, standards and industry regulations for our products and services

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve the technical compliance management framework, including policies, procedures, controls and documentation

• Translating market requirements into internal procedures, work instructions, and actionable to‑dos

• Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Legal to integrate regulatory requirements early in development and change process

• Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, certification bodies and authorities on all technical compliance matters

• Continuously optimizing internal processes to strengthen proactive compliance handling (incl. trainings)

Profil

To become part of the Rosenxt family, you impress with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Moreover you should bring with you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technical Safety, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.

• Proven experience with global compliance standards and regulations (CE, UL, ATEX, EMC, machine safety, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, accountable technical guidance.

• Hands-on mindset with experience working inside cross-functional project teams.

• Ability to lead workshops, risk reviews, and structured compliance discussions.

• Structured, self-driven and solution-oriented way of working combined with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across functions
