- You administer and maintain the current databases & ERP.
- Act as backup in all operational processes – i.e., logistics, customs, shipping.
- You perform tool calibrations in our in-house Calibration Lab.
- Hands-on in all areas of our system build process

Activities
We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a Team Member in our Operations & Calibration Lab for our office in Constance, Germany. In this role, you serve as an interface between IT and business, while maintaining an operations-focused approach and delivering strategic impact. This role reports directly to the COO.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- You live in the Constance area – this is an in-office role.
- Excellent understanding of our existing tech-stack –
- Must have: MS ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Automate).
- High attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with excellent English skills (grammatically correct verbally and in writing).
- Analytical and structured mindset.

- You work in a small agile team (<5 people in operations)
