Aufgaben
  • Technical and organizational leadership of the electronics and firmware development team
  • Clear goal setting, prioritization, and decision-making, as well as coordination of all team activities in close collaboration with project leaders and other team leaders
  • Responsibility for compliance with regulatory and normative requirements (e.g., verification, documentation, traceability) and for structured, quality-oriented development processes
  • Coaching and professional development of team members
  • Ongoing support for technical questions in the field of electronics and embedded systems, particularly regarding assessments and decisions

Profil
  • Master's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in electronics and/or firmware development, ideally in a regulated environment as well as leadership experience in development teams or in a senior technical role
  • High professional credibility, decisiveness, and a strong understanding of quality and processes
  • Structured, pragmatic approach to work and the ability to clearly define and follow up on expectations
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 60,195.80.
