As a Strategy & Expansion Intern, you will play a key role in our growth: You will serve as the operational "right hand" to our leadership, navigating the intersection of strategic market scaling and the hands-on reality of high-end physical roll-outs. Your mission is to help us translate our brand’s DNA into new spaces while ensuring operational excellence across every square meter.

Your Responsibilities

• Operational Site Governance: Monitor and document the progress of our construction projects, ensuring that our premium design standards—from custom woodwork to specialized acoustics—are executed to perfection.
• Strategic Expansion Mapping: Identify and evaluate potential future locations by analyzing urban development trends, success metrics, and real estate data; synthesize qualitative insights into comprehensive investment memos.
• Supplier & Partner Ecosystem: Build and manage our network of premium suppliers and specialized contractors, negotiating terms that balance our high-quality requirements with scalable cost structures.
• Expansion Playbook Development: Refine our "Studio Launch" framework by creating standardized processes for site selection, fit-out phases, and vendor onboarding.
• Business Development: Research and evaluate emerging trends in the health and wellness sector to identify potential service expansions or strategic partnerships.
