Solution Architect (f/m/d) OmnissaTM Sovereign Solution for Workspace ONE®

Permanent position, full-time, locations Hamburg / Berlin

Activities

Your mission

You will work on international IT projects with OmnissaTM Sovereign Solution. Your tasks will include:

  • Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of the OmnissaTM Sovereign Solution for Workspace ONE®
  • Direct collaboration with OmnissaTM product development
  • Error analysis and problem solving (3rd/4th level) in global support
  • Monitoring, maintenance, and updates of private cloud and customer systems
  • Continuous expansion of your expertise, including training stays in the USA with the manufacturer and global partners

Requirements

Your profile

You have a structured, team-oriented, and communicative approach to your work. The following qualifications and skills are required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)
  • Solid professional experience in Workspace ONE®, certification is an advantage
  • Experience in error analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German skills

You are working in an international team based in Germany (Hamburg / Berlin)
