Software Architect & Team Lead Development (m/w/d)

Join our Berlin development team now and work with us to develop an interface between human learning and artificial intelligence.

Activities

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Technical implementation of the product vision
• Follow new trends in the industry and apply them in a solid way to the product
• Convincing a team to follow best practices and a technical vision
• Management and mentoring of a team of 15+ distributed software developers
• Ensuring compliance with software development standards
• Cooperation with the product management in refining technical requirements
• Cooperation with the scrum masters, to continuously improve the development procedures
• Report directly to the CTO

Requirements

What you should bring with you:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical degree
• Several years of professional experience in software development
• Experience in designing and leading a team to good technical solutions
• Outstanding knowledge in the Java, JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
• Very Good understanding on C++/Rust ecosystems
• Fluent in English and B2 or better in German
