Your mission

We’re looking for a eniorUser Acquisition / Performance Marketing Manager to join exmox and help shape our growth. Bring your creativity and expertise to make a real impact on user acquisition and business results, while working in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

In this role you will:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across performance platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, IronSource, Unity, Liftoff, and others.
  • Analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Monitor key metrics, adjust strategies, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Drive A/B testing in order to improve UA performance
  • Track and report key metrics regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative user acquisition strategies.
  • You proactively stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices.

Your profile

  • Have a university degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business or a similar qualification.
  • Bring 5+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, and experience in the mobile gaming industry is a plus.
  • You have experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, SDK video networks (Applovin, Unity, Ironsource) in US and main Tier1 markets.
  • You are creative-minded: you don’t need to design, but you “get” the creative side of marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic, data-driven mindset.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • You are dedicated, adaptable, and an excellent communicator with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is very welcome (other languages are a plus).
  • You have a high affinity for mobile apps and a genuine enthusiasm for games.
