Activities

• lead and contribute to major initiatives that further expand or refine our product. You’ll find yourself to be customer focused while building high quality solutions that are scaling with the rapid growth of our business.
• be autonomous while staying in a highly collaborative team environment and take data-driven decisions while effectively assessing risks.
• you’ll be lifting the technical excellence bar with each contribution and at the same time helping your teammates raise up to that bar.
• you’ll be casually collaborating with other experienced Senior Engineers, share knowledge and spar over current challenges

Requirements

• You’ll need to be proficient with the core technologies that power our platform: React, Node, TypeScript, AWS, Postgres.
• You’ll be bringing in a strong software engineering background, with 8+ years of relevant, on-the-job experience
• Proficiency with software development patterns and practices, put into use by your ability to design reliable, scalable and secure solutions
• You work great in a team, but you’re also taking up end to end ownership of your results
• You are always ready to learn but you are also able to mentor and coach others on technical or soft skills

An impact Interview with one of the Engineering Managers follows and afterwords you will have 2 technical challenges.

Finally, on the final interview day you meet colleagues from the other department in a peer Interview and a founders interview.
