MOTOR Ai is a Berlin-based deep-tech startup transforming the way autonomous driving works.
We're not just building smarter vehicles — we’re developing one of the first certifiable Level 4 autonomy systems in Europe, grounded in cognitive neuroscience and capable of navigating real-world, complex traffic scenarios.

Our technology doesn’t just recognize — it reasons. That means safer, faster, and more adaptable autonomy — especially in environments where traditional AI struggles.

Join our diverse and fast-growing team of engineers, scientists, and visionaries as we shape the future of mobility. At MOTOR Ai, your work will have real impact and your ideas will help drive autonomous driving into the next era.

As part of this mission, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end development of our autonomous sensor system — from selecting and integrating cutting-edge sensors to handling physical installation (cabling, power, and networking), configuring data pipelines (Linux, ROS drivers, transport layers), and driving data analysis.

You’ll work at the intersection of hardware and software, playing a key role in building the sensor backbone of a truly intelligent self-driving system.
