We’re looking for a driven Senior Sales Manager to grow our client base by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle — from first outreach to signed contract — and play a key role in expanding TELUS Health’s presence in the market. You’ll work closely with decision-makers to understand their organisational needs and position TELUS Health as a trusted partner in employee wellbeing. Your work will directly impact how organisations support the wellbeing of their people — today and in the future.
Activities
- Own the full client acquisition cycle — from first outreach to signed partnership.
- Identify and approach potential clients through structured prospecting and outbound activities.
- Conduct discovery calls with clients to understand their needs and challenges regarding wellbeing in their organisation.
- Demonstrate to potential clients how our solution improves employee health, engagement, and business outcomes.
- Guide stakeholders through the buying process with clarity and confidence.
- Achieving revenue targets while contributing to a healthier working world.
- Liaise with our Custom Success Team, and give them a smooth onboarding to our new business partners.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or consultative environments.
- Proven success in new client acquisition (hunter mentality).
- Native level/C2-level German and fluent English (both mandatory).
- Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ownership, resilience, and a performance-driven mindset.
- Nice to have: experience or genuine interest in wellbeing, health tech, or employee engagement.
Team
It is a motivated team of 6-8 people of different seniorities and career focus.
