What began as an idea in 2022 is today a rapidly growing DTC subscription model serving over 20,000 dogs. Our 20-person team is set to grow to over 35 by the end of 2026 – now is the perfect time to join.

Our ambition doesn’t stop at the product – or the creative. We think through the entire journey: from the first hook to conversion in the shop. For us, performance marketing isn’t a nice-to-have – it’s a solid foundation to reach our target audiences effectively and efficiently.

And that’s where you come in: You have a strong grasp of numbers – and a real obsession with dogs. But your interest goes beyond the four-legged friends – you’re just as curious about the dog parents behind them. You spot patterns, test hypotheses, and enjoy developing new ideas and approaches. For ads that don’t just look good – they deliver results.

Activities

  • You develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple paid social channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok) to acquire new customers for HEY HOLY
  • You create well-founded creative concepts based on past performance data and implement them together with internal and external resources
  • You conduct deep audience analyses, using existing customer research, reviews, comments, insights from online communities, and cross-functional input (e.g., from product marketing) to develop hypotheses
  • You analyze campaign data and derive concrete recommendations for continuous creative optimization
  • You manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and customer acquisition
  • Together with our Data team, you establish a weekly reporting framework with clearly defined KPIs across the entire funnel – and conduct additional analyses as needed to validate your hypotheses
  • You stay on top of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and integrate them strategically into your creatives

Requirements

  • Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in a comparable role – ideally in a D2C environment with a full-funnel focus on new customer acquisition
  • Tool proficiency: You’re familiar with Meta Ads and GA4 – and you quickly get up to speed with new tools (experience with attribution tools = a plus)
  • Analytical-creative all-rounder: You understand all relevant KPIs, analyze data quickly, spot performance patterns, and connect them with your instinct for audiences, markets, and products
  • Psychology meets performance: You have a strong interest in or background in advertising and consumer psychology – and know how to apply these principles effectively
  • (Dog)-Customer Obsession: You understand how dog parents think – what matters to them, what they pay attention to, what pain points they have – and you’re excited to dive even deeper into their world
  • Structured, proactive & execution-driven: You work in a highly structured and self-directed way, with a strong eye for detail. You get projects done through smart planning, proactive communication, and a drive to execute
  • Language skills: You have strong English skills; German is a plus – or alternatively, you’re on excellent terms with DeepL and ChatGPT

Team

We value diversity!
We believe in the power of different perspectives and welcome team members regardless of what they look like, where they come from, who they love, or what they believe in.

What matters to us are your skills – and your willingness to grow while helping others grow, too. Because only together are we truly strong.

Our mission is clear: We want to grow in order to give as many dogs as possible a better life. To make that happen, we need people with different backgrounds, perspectives, and strengths. We’re convinced that the most successful teams are those built on diverse, complementary talents.
