Why now?

The energy market is undergoing its biggest transformation in 50 years. We're no longer just managing electricity; we're making it intelligent. RABOT is experiencing triple-digit growth – and our B2B business is growing along with it. Our tariff business is performing strongly, and now we're professionally expanding our large customer and partner business.

Our partner channel is our most important scalable lead source – and that's exactly where you'll come in. We're looking for someone to be dedicated to managing this channel: building it up, activating it, leveraging its potential – as the foundation for our B2B scaling. That's your role.

Your mission

You'll transform our partner channel into a predictable, scalable lead source. Instead of a function dependent on individuals, you'll build something scalable: with strategy, processes, and clear responsibilities.

You'll delve into the existing partner landscape, identify top partners, and develop joint strategies. You'll initiate partner acquisition, activate registered partners, and drive deal flow through the channel. Working closely with Ops, you'll build a robust setup in HubSpot, a standardized commission and incentive model, and performance tracking for each partner. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Ops, Product, and Tech, laying the foundation for B2B scaling.

Your results

We think in terms of results, not to-do lists. If you're successful, it looks like this:

Month 3 (Ramp-up)

  • You have thoroughly examined the existing partner landscape and assessed which partners are active and which were only registered "just in case".
  • You have identified the top partners and developed joint plans.
  • Your own partner acquisition is underway, and you have taken over the deal flow with partners.
  • The partner pipeline has been thoroughly revised in HubSpot together with Ops (stages, hygiene), and you have a solid understanding of our product portfolio (RLM/SLP, dynamic/base hedge/fixed price).

Month 6 (Performance)

  • Your partner activation strategy is operationally successful – with measurably more active partners and increasing deal flow through the channel.
  • You close partner deals independently (with assistance).
  • You will be working on a standardized commission/incentive model and a revised partner agreement including KPIs.
  • Performance tracking for each partner is established.

Month 12 (Scale)

  • The partner channel is a predictable, scalable lead source with a noticeable contribution to the pipeline target.
  • Partner management no longer depends on individuals – there are clear responsibilities and a playbook.
  • You helped design a standardized partner onboarding process, including API integration.
  • The foundation for B2B scaling is in place.

Who we are looking for

  • Partner Sales Representative: You have built and activated partner networks and have practical experience in indirect sales. Pure inside sales was never your thing.
  • Energy Insider: You bring several years of B2B sales experience from the energy market and understand how this market works.
  • Farmer with drive: You build and cultivate long-term partnerships – more of a farmer than a hunter – but you approach acquisition independently and proactively. You don't wait for leads to fall from the sky.
  • Bridge builder: You are familiar with the classic utility world and at the same time can handle the working methods of a scale-up, combining both.
  • Doer: You take ownership, keep a clear head even in ambiguity and under pressure, and work at a high pace.
  • Communicator: You win people over: you are communicative, empathetic and close to your partners.
