This position is a key leadership role within INNIO in the field of product and program management and is responsible for developing and implementing cross-functional strategies, controlling measures and projects which ensure a profitable, competitive product offering. PMM Operations and Pricing is responsible for accurate cost- and pricing data of the complete product portfolio plus coordinating cross-platform program managers and standards. The role owns pricing for Jenbacher equipment (New Units business) across both price calculation and price approval processes. Functional budgeting, product profitability controlling and key strategic projects are additional responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of product cost, product pricing and program managers and be accountable for attraction, retention, training, and development of direct reports
• Own global Jenbacher equipment pricing process & systems
• Own Product cost for Jenbacher equipment – including annual & quarterly product costing process & systems and cost data
• Own Program execution across platforms, including Product Cost-Out (PCO) and related Project Management activities
• Oversee & manage cross-functional annual product program update process (Configuration, Costing, Pricing)
• Liaison with Regions, Global Sales Support and Product Managers
• Lead consolidation of business data, analysis, derive actions and ensure implementation to support product line objectives
• Establish and/or improve relevant processes and (IT) tools
• Lead aggregation of complex pricing and cost data in accurate leadership dashboards
• Solve unique problems that have a broad impact on the business, requiring in-depth interpretive thinking and complex judgement

• Master Degree in a technical and/or business field
• 5+ years of management experience in an internationally operating company in an industrial goods sector
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and/or cost controlling, ideally in relevant technical environment
• Proven track of successful managing diverse, cross-functional, and multi-disciplinary teams and managing large scale projects
• Substantial experience in large scale program/project management
• Fluent in English and German (verbal and written)
