YOUR MISSION

As Senior Manager Investor Relations, you will contribute to shaping our engagement with the financial community. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of investor relations activities such as quarterly earnings calls, investor roadshows, capital market events, and broker conferences

  • Assisting in building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts and other stakeholders

  • Preparing presentations and materials for quarterly and annual earnings releases, in coordination with financial reporting and management

  • Conducting industry and competitor analyses; monitoring analyst reports and market sentiment

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of investor relations processes and tools, including the IR inbox, website, and CRM systems.

YOUR TALENT

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

  • Initial experience in financial-oriented activities such as Investor Relations, Controlling, Equity Research, Corporate M&A, Investment Banking or Transaction Advisory

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in capital markets or finance, ideally within a publicly listed company

  • Solid analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with IR software and CRM tools is a plus

  • High level of initiative, flexibility, and team orientation

  • Fluent in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills
