Senior HR Specialist (all genders)


Aufgaben

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist who brings strong operational HR expertise, a high level of ownership and the ability to navigate complexity in an international environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring reliable, compliant and efficient HR service delivery across EMEA while contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems.
Given the focus on German employment contracts, labour law and written communication, this role requires full professional fluency in German.

Your role

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across EMEA throughout the employee lifecycle (hire to retire) on operational HR topics
  • Take full ownership of HR operations within the area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high service quality
  • Manage end-to-end HR administration, including:
    • Preparing and reviewing employment contracts and amendments as well as references and certificates
    • Maintaining employee data and handling lifecycle changes
    • Managing HR queries in a timely and service-oriented manner
  • Support administrative global mobility processes, such as coordinating visa and work permit applications with external providers
  • Ensure compliance with labour law and regulatory requirements (especially in Germany) and contribute to maintaining a consistent approach across countries
  • Act as a key interface between HR, Payroll and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Take ownership of the HRIS (HiBob), ensuring data quality and supporting ongoing process improvements
  • Contribute to HR projects related to process optimisation and digitalisation

Profil
  • Several years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration in an international environment
  • Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and operational HR processes
  • Solid knowledge of German labour law and a general understanding of HR compliance topics
  • Experience with HR systems (ideally HiBob or a comparable HRIS) and a willingness to explore and apply digital tools, including AI, to improve processes and efficiency
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a structured way of working
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Fluency in German and English (both required)
  • The position is available on a part-time or full-time basis (80–100%)
