This is not a “run campaigns” role.

This is a build-the-engine role.

At VisioLab, demand generation is not about likes, reach, or brand colors. It’s about one thing: creating predictable, repeatable revenue.

We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager who thinks in systems, not initiatives, someone who knows how to turn budget into pipeline, pipeline into revenue, and data into decisions.

Activities

  • Own TOFO growth with one clear goal: create qualified pipeline
  • Design and run demand generation engines, not one-off campaigns
  • Take full ownership of all Channels as a core
  • Build and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for target accounts
  • Think deeply about the funnel: from first touch → MQL → SQL → revenue
  • Work closely with Sales and the founders to align on ICPs, accounts, and messaging
  • Test bold ideas, kill weak ones fast, and double down on what converts
  • Track what matters: MQLs, pipeline, CAC, and revenue impact

You are not measured on activity. You are measured on outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing, with ~3+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation
  • Proven experience building pipeline, not just awareness
  • Deep hands-on expertise in:
    • Paid Social / Paid Growth
    • ABM (targeting specific companies, not broad personas)
    • AI Tools / Building Agents
    • Data Analytics & Funnel Optimization
  • A builder mindset, you create value, not decks
  • Strong commercial intuition: you understand how marketing turns into money
  • Comfortable working internationally and across markets
  • You care about revenue, not vanity metrics
  • Fluent in German and English
