Senior Content Manager (AI-Native)
We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager (AI-Native) to shape the storytelling engine behind Bits & Pretzels – Europe’s leading founders’ festival. You’ll turn ideas, talks, and founder stories into multi-channel content that inspires millions and fuels our mission to empower entrepreneurship across Europe.
Activities
- Build and execute a holistic content strategy across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, newsletters, and our app.
- Repurpose content smartly — turning one idea into many formats and stories.
- Create and edit written, visual, and video content that captures the tone and spirit of the startup world.
- Leverage AI workflows (LLMs, video tools, automation pipelines) to maximize creativity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with event, marketing, and community teams to spotlight Europe’s most inspiring founders.
- Track, analyze, and iterate based on performance and engagement data.
Requirements
Must-haves
- 4+ years of experience in content, social media, journalism, or brand storytelling.
- Deep understanding of modern content distribution and repurposing.
- AI-native mindset: confident with LLMs, prompt design, and automation tools.
- Excellent writing and language intuition in English (German a plus).
- Strategic, data-driven, and hands-on approach.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in startup or tech ecosystems.
- Video editing or visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, OpusClip, or ElevenLabs.
