Application Process
ONE
The first step is, of course, your application. This should be as informative as possible and provide convincing arguments as to why you are the right person for the job. A well-structured resume makes it easier for us to skim through and pick out important information.
TWO
Next, we will arrange a 30-minute telephone/video interview with you, conducted by our recruiting team or HR manager. The aim of this interview is to get a first impression of each other and to discuss important key points and expectations on both sides.
THREE
If we are mutually convinced, we will arrange an initial face-to-face interview at our offices. Here, with the help of your future manager and an expert from the team, we will take a closer look at your technical expertise. You will impress us not only with your in-depth technical knowledge, but also with your presentation and communication skills (business case) and your professional demeanor. The interview will last approximately one hour.
This is followed by an interview with the team. This gives you the opportunity to get to know your future colleagues, ask questions, and see if you are on the same wavelength.
FOUR
If the process has been successful up to this point, there will be a final interview lasting approximately one hour with HR and management to convince them of your professional and personal suitability. We expressly encourage you to bring questions for our management team. So: Be prepared!
If neither you nor we have thrown in the towel by then and the contract is signed, the entire f42 team will welcome you with open arms.
